YouConfer.com is an Online Marketplace where conference delegates can search, compare and book international conferences. Bookings and enquiries are sent directly to the conference organiser for confirmation.
There is no cost for a conference organiser to list a conference on the YouConfer platform, however there is a set of terms and conditions each conference organiser should agree to and also a standard Service Fee payable for all confirmed bookings.
YouConfer.com processes all payments from conference delegates at the time of booking, at which point the conference organiser should invoice YouConfer for the cost of the conference ticket, minus the commission due.
All conference organisers will be given full access to delegate information, including contact information to offer additional conference services and advice to all conference attendees.

WHO WE WORK WITH
YouConfer is dedicated to only listing the top international conferences per field. Our online platform and tools are suited for conferences that accept international delegates. If you are a conference organiser and would like to partner with us, please fill out the YouConfer application form.
YouConfer screens all applications. Due to the large volume of applications, we are only able to respond to applications that have successfully passed our initial screening process.
Once you receive confirmation that your application has been successful, we will confirm your listing on the site and send you the commission guide with details on how all bookings are processed. When a conference delegate submits a booking for your conference, you will receive a notification. You have 24 hours to confirm if you have tickets available for the delegate. Our Team is also always happy to assist you over the phone/ e-mail.
We will contact you to check the venue specifics and conference programme details required for your listing. By submitting your conference you agree to let YouConfer.com email you regarding your listing.
